Great price, great product
For the price and what you get, you can't go wrong with these speedlights. I purchased two and I am well pleased with their performance. I have owned them for about three weeks. The build is not OEM, but it is still quite good. These are not TTL. They are manual only, but when teamed with the Yongnuo YN550-TX Controller you have a winning combo. This is great for times you have limited access to the speedlight itself. For example, when being used in an Apollo type softbox. I have used these only in studio; I have not used them outside. My plan is to purchase four more and sell some of my studio lights.

Great for the price
This is a gret product. Since I don't have yongnuo RF 602s or 603s I had to use it with another radio trigger so the built in radio was useless to me. However, since its there, I am seriously considering purchasing the 603s. It is powerful, can connect to an external battery pack, and recycles fast! I had trouble with the S1/S2 modes...it just would not sync with my other flash guns. But when attached to the radio receiver it worked great. It is a manual flash and has to be set but it is a great addition to my kit.

Great ! Read review for tips.
For the price, this speedlight is just great!! I use it on my work, and I can create some amazing scenes that would otherwise be impossible. The light is strong, and can be positioned even at a great distance. I usually mount it on a light stand with a bracket. One thing to remember about the built-in receiver, is that it works only with an Yongnuo Trigger. IT WOULD NOT WORK WITH YOUR POCKETWIZARD. And there is no way to change channel or frequency, it just won't work. It reads another band, so you would need that physical trigger. It's not such a bad news: Yongnuo triggers are way cheap, and can be found for less than 40 dollars. They are very high quality. This speedlight use a lot of battery power. The batteries with only last me about 3 days of medium use. To make a economical and ecological choice I would suggest spending those few dollars for a charging cord, or have a separate battery charger. If you don't you will find yourself changing 4 new batteries every 3-4 days of use. It is also highly recommendable if you're shooting something serious like a wedding, to have extra batteries with you. It can be a life saver.I use this speedlight with colored gels. I found a nice set of colored gels that can be applied with a strap, by gluing the base of the strap on the bottom and top part of the speedlight. Remember that this speedlight does not have TTL function. That means, you won't be able to sync your settings. You need to set the output power manually.
