No it doesn’t. These are just the salt packets. You need to look for the one that does have the bottle

What is the difference between these and the adult ones?

These packets have 1/2 the amount of mix as the regular, and are to be mixed with 1/2 the amount of water. I find this amount of solution to meet my daily needs, but can double it easily when a cold or seasonal allergies demand.

does this kit include the bottle?

No, it doesn't contain the bottle, just the rinse package. However, it's perfectly what I'm looking for since I already has the bottle.
