Q: the material makes me sweat, is there an option of a cooler cover?

Hi Gary, We're sorry you've experienced heat when using the pillow. We typically hear the opposite from customers, but realize that every body's chemistry is different. Unfortunately, we do not offer an alternative pillow cover at this time. :-( Perhaps opening up your pillow and adding an extra layer of fabric under the case (between the tube) would help you? It's worth a try!

Q: How do you keep your head from bobbing forward when trying to sleep with this this pillow?

Hasn't been a problem for me, and I've flown with this pillow about 4 times now, as well as using it on high speed trains in Europe. The shape/ design of each side comes together under my chin, and I can adjust the firmness as needed while wearing it. Just pump the button without even taking it off. I've had other neck pillows that had a plastic clip under the chin to keep it together, but this design doesn't seem not need it.

Your 12 year old is almost my size. Lol. Yes it works for him. My 4 yr old, my 11 yr old, and also my husband used it. It was comfortable for all of us.
