My mind is blown. This Rhodiola Rosea (3% Rosavin) is hands down the most effective and impressive natural supplement that I've ever taken! Helped with stress and fatigue

Not sure how to rate the value yet, maybe next year. I just received this product and took some in plain water. I found it took some stirring to get it to dissolve in room temp water, and it had little to no taste. I had read comments about it being bitter so I was prepared for it to be bitter.Update: I still have not experienced a noticeable change since using this product. I have also tried different dosages and still nothing. I believe the reviewers that say it works and the reviewers that say it doesn’t work, because we are all very different. Our ages, diets, lifestyle, and level of health all play a roll.I am willing to give his product time. As for the taste, I add it my herbal coffee in the morning and sometimes I’ll have more in some herbal coffee. It dissolves much better in warm liquid. I also think it improves the taste of my herbal coffee. Yesterday I had to expiramnet and see what people meant by bitter and “Drying” so I put some dry powder in my mouth.,yes it was slightly bitter and not very tasty by itself like that. So far so good. This one did seem to be the most competitively priced organic option. Rhodiola has many proven benefits and I’m happy to have discovered this supplement.

I only took this in the morning as suggested. It still didn’t wear off throughout the day. I definitely had more energy. I think my body is just too sensitive. I was waking up early ready for work hours before I needed to be up. Losing sleep wasn’t worth the extra energy in the day. I could have cut the dose but didn’t want to miss any more days of sleep to figure out the sweet spot for me. I did find it tasted a little bitter but with coffee not that noticeable.

Well I still trying to figure this out. It doesn't have a taste, love that but the jury is still out.
