The boxes are tightly packed. As a result initial 10-15 tissues will get torn while you try to take them out. Tissues are soft and don't break apart in normal use. During delivery, some 10-15% boxes have lost their shape as the delivery box came damaged.

The quality of the product is good but to pulls come out in a hapzard way

The individual tissues are not cut properly and as a result three to four tissues come out at a time when you pull them. It appears that the cutting machine which cuts these individual napkins has lost it sharpness and as a result several napkins are joined together and when you pull out one several napkins which are joined together in the corner pull out together. The whole purpose of buying in bulk and paying such a high price is to save on this product but you end up wasting many napkins.
