Can you cook with it on medium high heat on the electric stovetop? So many pans say you can't go above medium or it will ruin the pan.

I have a gas stove and I often have it on medium high heat. Seems to be just fine. It’s a great little pan.

how long does this pan smell of chemicals? Mine is still smelling after soap/water clean up and using it 4 diff times! hate the smell tbh.

I’ve had NO issues with odor with this pan … maybe you should ask them to replace it? Perhaps you received a defective one?
