Amazingly non-stick, cooks quickly
I've had other non-stick pans, but this one is so much better than those, they don't even belong in the same category. I still use a little olive oil when I cook -- habit -- but I think that's not really necessary. Even when the food starts to burn, it doesn't stick.RE: food starts to burn -- this pan cooks so much faster, and at lower heat, that it took some adjustments to my cooking. This pan cooks well with about 2/3rds the amount of heat as my other pans, in about 2/3rds the time. Now that I've figured all that out, I hardly ever burn the meat. <grin>Cleanup is a breeze. I wipe the pan with a damp paper towel as soon as I put the food on the plate, just to get rid of the leftover oil, sauce, whatever. (Probably not necessary, but I'd rather throw that stuff in the trash than run it down the drain.) When the pan is cool, I set it in the sink, add a few drops of dish liquid, fill it with water, and let it set for a while. I go back later and use a dishcloth or paper towel to rub the surface of the pan with the soapy water, rinse, and it's done. There's been no scrubbing necessary. (Maybe if I burned something to a crisp, but I haven't done that.)I bought the 8-inch skillet for single-person meals (4 oz meat) and the 12-inch skillet for family-sized meals (1 lb. meat). I like them so much that I've just ordered the 11-inch flat griddle; I expect it'll make reheating leftover pizza much easier. These pans are absolutely wonderful, and I highly recommend them.

Great pan for the price
This is the perfect size for a couple of eggs. It has great non stick quality. I also like the fact that it can go in the oven. Nice pan!

The best!!
Tops!! After year of struggling with Ikea pans one after another, I bought this Cuisineart pan. Now, I am free! I skip home from work, eager to get to my pan. Washing is as light as a breeze. I am caught in the ecstasy of good cookware. I sing its praises. I love you, frying pan

I consider all coated non-stick pans good for one year.
WHAT I LIKE - This is a well constructed anodized aluminum pan. I like the feel of the pan as compared to those other thin & flimsy pans. I DON'T use metal objects in this pan, just wood, silicone & plastic. I DON'T put it in a dishwasher.WHAT I DON'T LIKE - The non-stick coating is very soft and scratches easily. After hand washing and hand drying the pan, it is hung from a rack. The coated edges (non-cooling surface) are starting to chip away.SUMMARY - Like I said in my summary, I consider all non-stick coated pans a yearly replacement item. Would I purchase another Cuisinart pan? Absolutely! They feel good, and it's quite non-stick. You'll love it for omelets.

Performance, durability & cost - Excellent
Had this pan for a few months and it really is a work horse. I use this just about everyday for all types of egg dishes, steaks and chops etc. Cleaning is a breeze and I’m not real careful with different utensils. Most of the time I use a silicon spatula but I’ve also used metal utensils, forks. Usually by this time I’m looking for a replacement but this pan is holding up beautifully.

Not for induction cook tops!
This pan will not work on an induction cook top, nice finish, looks great, good balance in hand. I wanted it for my new induction stove, but not the right pan, no magnetic qualities in it's base material.
