Q: 2lb Gelatin are Instructions included?

The recipe is simple. 3/4 cup gelatin powder. Mix with 2 cups boiling water until dissolved. Then add 2 cups cold water. I found the colder the water the better. I then cover and refrigerate for at least three hours depending on your refrigerator settings. Very good flavors. Tastes like fresh picked fruit.

Q: What sweetener is used?

Fruit granulated sugar, Kane sugar, gelatin blend, red dye 40, artificial flavoring, sugar, triacetin, dimethylpolysiloxane. (Gelatin blend - gelatin,fumanic acid, sodium citrate, 2% or less salt, potassium sorbate).

Q: can you make gumi's with this?

I have not used it for gumi's. But it works great to make yogurt more a custard consistency. Gumi's are next

Q: How much volume of gelatin does this make?

The directions on mine was for the equip of a small package of jello which I think is 3 ounces. I think you could the equivalent of 10 packages of jello
