When will this be available again?

There was a shortage because production stopped for 3 months due to the Chinese new year from January thru March 2018. It won't happen in 2019. Also, in 2018 China reduced manufacturing capacity about 50% in pursuit of reducing pollution and closure of the most polluting factories. That's all done. There should not be a shortage in 2019.

Are the cup handles black or deep blue?

Blue. The cups are beautiful and big, holds about a cup and a half of coffee at least. I put it in the microwave with no problem. I love these dishes.

I bought a lil over a year ago and they are already chipped on edges on 8 of the pieces and it did not take much to chip them. Anything better?

They are the worst. It’s in my cupboard but I don’t use! They chip so bad.
