Padding is great, the fit is good and the weight is perfect.

I didn't really know what to expect. I'd figured the typical single nylon strap with minimal adjustment was all the sling anyone could want, but this sling definitely changed my mind.Installation/Setup was pretty quick, they have great videos online detailing their recommendations for setup. Build quality is pretty solid, can't wait to put some hours on it. Adjusting position is fast! It looks great. And the size is really adjustable. Definitely a great bit of kit, and solid value for the dollar.

This is the best Tactical Sling I have messed with. This is actually my second one as my first one I have used for over five years on multiple firearms at matches and in the hunting field. It is simple to adjust and actually works well as advertised. Most of the other ones are too simple and just a carry strap or so slow to adjust and complicated that they are not useful. This one is quick to adjust on the fly and works!

Padded area is good. Overall quality is good as well. I don't like how there is one tab to elongate and one tab to shorten. Buy the T-Rex Arms sling and only worry about one tab. The tab is a bit cumbersome to get at compared to other brands.If you did get this, it WILL work and is not a total waste of money.

Very comfortable on my rifle, will be buying another or two for sure.

You can make a sling as good as a Viking tactics, but you can't make one better. Maybe with different features or preferences but it will last as long as anything out there......God I love these. Plus they are actually issued and battle tested so you can't go wrong. Super comfortable....super strong.

I have a few of these Viking tac slings on a few of my rifles (Black, OD green, etc).they are fantastic slings and are excellent for hunting, especially when you have to take those long hikes or climb, as they're very intuitive and easy to strap tight or let loose. They're also adjustable enough to achieve enough slack for bigger guys or when you have bulkier clothing on.For this new model, I guess, they made this one improvement I really like, and it's some thick Faux leather extender on the torque strap, which is really nice. Since it's a different material (like swack leather) it's easier to find when it's on your back to torque it down.Nice sling. No complaints.

All around great sling. I had two adjustments that worked absolutely perfect for being either slick or in body armor. I could loosen the sling while wearing my vest and it fit very comfortably and then while not wearing a vest I could cinch it all the way up and my weapon hugged my torso tightly and had very little wiggle room. I still had more than enough room to “swim” my off-arm under the sling to shoulder the weapon. This padded upgrade was a game changer!
