Super comfortable
I’ve dealt for years with a beat-up cheap hard hat (only have to wear one sometimes surveying). This thing is so light and comfortable, keeps the sweat from dripping, and does not have visible tire tracks, unlike it’s predecessor.

Its a project manager hardhat
When I say its a project manager hard hat its meant for one. The thing falls off my head everytime I bend over, its not light. It's not good for someone that is in the field working. Only good for that guy that comes to the field to ask how much longer. But it is durable. When I took it off to go grab my old one I kicked it as hard as I could across the lot and it was still mint.
