Burlesque (Two-Disc Blu-ray/DVD Combo)

It’s a 5 but just one production irritation.When the music scenes (scores) are happening the sound is very high. Extremely high as apposed to the talking scenes.The movie is however a 5. Language is PG rated, the direction is awesome with the dance scenes.And A+ for script. The best thing is how “chemistry” works with each acting scene. The actors must have loved making this film with each other, you can sense this. And Christina’s voice is pure perfection..you gotta see this..

This is one of my favorite movies so I knew I had to buy it. I've already watched it five times since I've bought it and will be watching it plenty more times, too.

Made my mom watch this with me because she had never seen it. Such a classic

An underrated movie. The cast is marvelous. The storyline is not unusual, but they sell it. Definitely entertaining .

I absolutely love this movie and all of the actors in it. I love Kristen Bells role as a spicy girl who drinks too much and Christina Aguilera - WOW, her singing is off the chart. The songs are really cool, when she sings "Bound To You" in that stunning green dress you are mesmerized. It was meant for her to sing that one. Love the costumes and the idea of a different adult old fashioned bar with entertainment. I enjoyed Chers singing as well in it. Alan Cummings role is definitely hysterical and for adults.

Watched the digital version for free and made me like it so much I had to get a hard copy when digital wasn't free anymore. Box was a wee crushed, but probably not going to open it and keep it on collectors shelf.

Un film magique où se complètent la voix de Cher et de Christina Aguilera. Le thème est classique mais les costumes, la mise en scène nous transportent. Tout est beau !

Bought this movie on the advice of a Christina Aguilera obsessed pal, and was glad I let him talk me into it. A true guilty pleasure watch as musicals are most certainly NOT my thing. Got to admit that I really enjoyed this film. Cher and Christina are very likable and have a great supporting cast with Stanley Tucci (always dependable) Kristen Bell and Cam Giganet (hope I’ve spelled that right?) filling in the roles. Typical small town gal made good story, but told with style to burn and some great songs and dances along the way. Highly recommended.

Got a defective DVD. stopped in between.
