This I can tell you is better than many will till tell you if you are a third party qualifies to carry Type A packing group 3, 2 or 1 packages. This unit is spurious to say the least accuracy but instantly and also over time because it rests itself, it does show what levels of radiation you are involved in. All in all for the price, top piece of kit. (the readings I get from this true with units that scan my vehicle cab before journey and scan the same)

Also kaum gekauft, gleich mal alles untersucht. Nix strahlt, die Champignons nicht, die Münzsammlung nicht, die Wohnung nicht ;)Also habe ich das Gerät mit in die Röntgenpraxis genommen. Da ging es aber los mit einem hohen und wie bei einem Feuermelder schrillem Ton. Ich und alle im Wartezimmer sind vor Schreck fast vom Stuhl gefallen.Also er funktioniert ausgezeichnet. Schade fand ich nur, dass man nicht von Micro- auf Millisievert umstellen kann.——-Nachtrag——-Ich nutze das Gerät jetzt seit mehreren Jahren und habe es überall und bei jedem Urlaub dabei. Bislang verrichtet es seinen Dienst zuverlässig.Gekauft habe ich das Gerät ursprünglich, da ich ein preiswertes Einsteigergerät suchte um ein Gefühl für das Thema und Radioaktivität zu bekommen. Ich mache auch Fotos bei Flügen, wie bei einem Inlandsflug in Deutschland (Foto anbei).Bei Röntgenuntersuchungen nehme ich es nicht mehr mit, die Dosis ist für das Gerät zu hoch. Spannend wird es wieder zu messen, wie die Strahlung im Körper über die Tage zurück geht.Ich habe die Kritiken anderer Käufer gelesen und kann sie nachvollziehen.Wie immer ist es die Frage, wofür möchte ich das Gerät nutzen?Ich brauche unabhängig von Regierungs-Länder- und Behördenangaben ein Gerät, was mir echte Fakten liefern kann.Für mich reicht es zu wissen, dass wenn das Gerät anfängt Alarm zu schlagen, dass ich dann das Weite suchen sollte :)Wer sich ausgiebig mit Radioaktivität beschäftigt und höhere Werte messen möchte, der sollte auf ein anderes Gerät ausweichen.

Oggetto onesto, misurazioni ripetibili, vorrei confrontarlo con un altro Geiger diverso per valutarne la precisione ma ad occhio direi che fa il suo mestiere. Naturalmente non si tratta di uno strumento professionale ma per la misura della radiazione di fondo e delle sue variazioni va bene.

Sent me a radex 1503 not as advertised, also the tube had small hole in so readings don't seem accurate, fast shipping but as an engineer I have repaired the device myself but for the price you should advertise correctly. I have had to buy new Geiger tube to repair it. Also to top it off the menu is all in French and the manual is in French. I had to download the PDF in English but it is definitely the radex 1503 and does not have vibrate function. I will buy another type when I get my next wage. Not happy with the service though. I would have returned but can't be bothered with all the fuss. Cheaper to buy an extra Geiger tube that is not faulty.
