Normally, I only purchase clothing items on Amazon "IF" I have previously purchased the product in a real store where I was able to try on the item and had reasonable expectations of how the product fit, the degree of wearability and of course, there is the ever present comfort factor to consider. However... I decided to take a gamble on this bra and found that once it arrived, I put off trying it on because I was concerned it wouldn't be "comfortable" and then I would have to return it. I hate to return items because I don't enjoy packing them back up, etcetera, etcetera! I was relaxing in my easy chair while re-reading an entire batch of one of my favorite author's books, when the family hairdresser came for our monthly haircuts. Yikes, that surely meant it would be best if I put myself out enough to put on a bra. So, I decided, why not take this one out of the package and wear it. Lo and behold - it is now my favorite bra in the whole wide world. I'm not a size A, nor a B, nor a C - without giving away TMI - I'm something a little larger so I need support - otherwise - well, no need to go into detail - I'm sure you get it. I need support. This bra not only has great support, wide straps, seamless cups - it is C.O.M.F.O.R.T.A.B.L.E. Yes!! What did I do? I immediately ordered another one exactly like it. They even have black. That's next on my "to buy" list.

Playtex always delivers with improving upon the effects of gravity. They also wash and wear like iron. For me, they are not very pretty as I still retain my love of the unlined lacey undergarments of my youth. Also they always run tight in the band so if you don't want that real tightness, make sure you account for that in sizing. I found the cup size was true to size. If you are looking mostly for support, this is the bra for you. I prefer the profile it gives me, and it makes my clothing drape better on my body.

Very comfortable support at a good price. I'm between sizes so usually order the smaller band with the larger cup (so that after the band stretches, I get long-term wear). This bra's band was a little bit too tight for a few weeks, but wearing has stretched it to a comfortable fit on the loosest hooks. This bra provides nice support for a large-breasted person. Good construction, comfortable seams and washes well (gentle cycle and line dry). The cups are slightly more pointy than I am used to and offer just medium coverage for "those cool breezes." I attribute the occasional rolling of the band to my sizing predicament. My only complaint is that the straps are way too short, so the padding falls too far forward to be of much use. Overall a comfortable and supportive bra, and (despite the issue of the straps) I would buy again.

You have to give at least one star to review. I know they are trying to provide support without an underwire but I could make one myself better than this. This bra will end up in a donation box or the trash, because shame on me I trashed all of the shipping and packaging before I actually tried it on. The first thing I noticed was that it looks cheap and the material was unpleasant. But I thought how bad could it really be, especially after it has been washed, and it is Playtex, right? WRONG! If this is what Playtex has fallen to, I will never buy another one. This material is very thin and too harsh, scratchy even, not at all soft or comfortable. The picture does NOT accurately portray the cup shape. I hate cone shaped cups! I remember when I used to buy great quality Playtex bras in department stores. This is not your grandma's bra.

I had bought one of these Playtex 4395 bras a few years ago and discovered it was too big at the time, so I put it back in its original package and tucked it away. Fast-forward to COVID weight gain.... I pulled it out and it fit perfectly! Needing more than one in this size now, I ordered one here in exactly the same size and model number, using the original packaging from the older one. They are NOT the same! The new one is far tighter around the band and on the shoulder straps than the older, never worn one. The band digs in, and so do the straps, even after adjusting them. The style, as others have said, is also very different. The older one provides a smooth, rounded appearance, while the new one is conical. I don't mind either way, but gotta watch where I point these things so I don't take someone's eye out. I also found that a t-shirt I have with a large animal's face on it looks hilarious with its eyes right where these cones stick out... Big ol' bug-eyed wolf face! So, if you're looking at this model because you've had them in the past and they fit well, be warned that they have changed both size and style. You may need to size up the band by one size (use same cup size), and be ready to have the girls sticking way out in front of you.

Great bra-good fit, no restrictive banding underneath. The shoulder padding and width spread pressure, so there are no shoulder "grooves" after wear. I have been wearing Playtex for years, and the quality continues!. Stretches a little after several washes, but moving hooks to next row of loops still makes it a perfect fit. (Bra reaches maximum stretch after a few washes.) I highly recommend this product- great quality, great support!

I never knew how to find my fit. For me it was hit or miss and I always missed, coming away with disappointment and feeling stupid for not knowing how to find the right fit. Well a little Google goes a long way. I finally decided on this bra, reluctantly at first, so I just ordered one. I finally found the perfect fit...well almost...you know not every body is perfect. This solved the mystery of what's my size. Well constructed and the sides hold everything in so there's no overhang!! I highly recommend this style. I have others, but this one is the winner. This is my second order of 2. These are well made, wear long, and fit perfect. I have never had such a well fitting bra. I'm 72 and you know this just keep moving south, but this bra keeps them where they should be; not where they got to!!!

Molto bello e confortevole. L'unica pecca per me è la spallina anche allungata tutta è troppo corta. Non so se sono io o e proprio troppo corto.
