Heavy stainless. Mine has been in use for almost a year without a scratch. This is not my first boat, so be careful to bend it perfectly or it could pop the adhesive off. It needs to fit perfectly before you remove the backing.

looks great and installs perfect with a mallet. You need to have the boat back on teh trailer or in the water to install this.

BE AWARE. Do not waste your money on this product. I bought this item about 2 weeks ago. I followed the directions to install it. BUT it failed and bent in 1st attempt bringing the boat back to my trailer. On top of it when I sent it back. Their reply is that I didnt installed it correctly and they dont take returns on used items, obviously I have to use it in order to get it work. Pathetic customer service with a rude response. Will be reaching out to Amazon now to file a camplain to this vendor

Edit: Update to 3 stars. Seller reached out and was great about replacing the product and offering suggestions to improve adhesion. Will update again after trying their recommendations as the size and concept are perfect for our application if it stays on.Followed all the instructions (alcohol clean, pre-bend, rubber mallet install, held for several minutes) and was peeling 7 days after install.

This worked as expected. It was easy to install. I am happy with this product so far and would give it a thumbs 👍.

Really like the adhesive stick so far on the fiberglass surface.

Fit great and looks sharp! Will depend on the shape of your bow but great product if it fits well.

Adhesive did not hold well after detailed surface prep. Also, with the apparent weak adhesive, it is near impossible to bend the sheet for a snug fit on the boat.
