While making my new workplace office more cozy, I decided to bring in the little desktop fountain I'd found among 'things in the garage', which I had loved for its gentle calming burbling -- as well as being a beautiful little piece of art. But once in my workplace office, it did not burble or turn on at all, and after lots of trouble shooting I realized its little pump was shot. I searched places locally but no one carried pumps this small, so I tried Amazon. Lo and behold, they had the perfect replacement, and at an unbelievably fantastic price!!! My fountain at work is now once again burbling away, and keeping me calmer and happy!

The pump works good and as described on the page. I did try buy another fitting which I was not able to do. I do wish I was able to changing out the fittings. At least give me a place where I can find different variety of fittings so that I can customize the fitting.

I have 5 fountains outside and 3 inside. I know fountains: upkeep, sounds, and problem-solving. The bottom intake on this motor is great for outside because the small particles pass through - less clogs and less cleaning. And the motor is quiet, while the controllable flow is the best I’ve encountered (the adjustable switch is at the top and easy to reach) for achieving the gurgling sound I am after.

I want this to work because it is very quiet. I bought one and because of construction issues didn't install it until months later. Seemed to work great ...so bought the second one. 45 days later that second one has completely stopped and the first one has become noisy. This type of item just plain needs to be dependable without putting a crop or animals at risk. This is a bad buy.

Used for 8 hours a day on any sunny day to slowly rotate water from my pool through some black hose in the sun to heat the water... The adjustable flow was perfect for dialing in the rate just right to allow enough time to heat the water to over 100 degrees in 200ft of hose.

It lasted almost two months and completely stopped working. The motor isn’t doing anything now.Edit: It was my error that I thought it wasn’t working. It’s still working great.

The pump does what it’s supposed to that’s the Good.The fittings broke off right away, that’s the Bad!I read the reviews and that was one of the complaints. I just thought that maybe people just weren’t carful enough.Knowing this, I was very careful…Nope! The fitting cracked right away! Lol! The other reviewers were right!It’s a decent pump for the price, but you will need to replace the fittings with metal ones, so add that headache to the equation, when considering this pump…
