So professional and worth every penny! You can go to your local grocery store like Publix in Florida, buy a dozen live fresh oysters for $1.09 each and have a feast at your home sweet home. The “knives” are precise enough to open them but not sharp enough to cut you when washing them by hand. High quality gloves provided and special cloth for protection while you open the oysters. A silicone lemon squeezer is provided as well to prevent seeds getting into the shells. Super fancy. No more going to a restaurant paying $27 for a dozen oysters for me (plus tax). No way!
