Winco Aluminum Stir Fry Pan, 11-Inch,Silver

I saw this pan being used in a video on YouTube to deep fry and it interested me enough I bought one. Have to admit, I use it for everything - stir fry, soup, one-pot meals, boiling spuds and eggs, deep frying. I don't even put it in the cupboard. I leave it on top of the stove because it is now my go-to pan for everything. And nothing sticks to it. Clean up is a breeze. I see some complaints on how it gets marked up, but that just goes with using aluminum cookware like this and the superficial marks don't affect how it works. If you want something that always looks brand new, don't get aluminum cookware.

...for a taller chef. At 5'6" the upward angle of the handle and that it's about an inch too short for two-handed techniques for me means I don't feel in control of the pan.It's well recommended and appears well made however and sadly, I'm returning it for the above reasons.

If you want to cook some nice Italian pasta. This one helps with the mantecatura.

Im sure you have read how good of a pasta pan this is. Im here to tell you its true. It is the right shape for tossing pasta in sauce and getting nice emuslifcation as you do so. Great pan.

This pot is worthless. Everything you cook on it sticks to it. Tries to used it on many different dishes but I give up. It’s now in the garage.

I never considered this type of pan to finish off my pasta, especially since it is aluminum. I discovered this pan after reading a review on how to finish off pasta and figured it was worth a try. It works and this pan seems like it's non-stick. Never would have thought that.

Bought this for saucing pasta and I love it. Great for carbonara. A bit heavy for me, because I'm short, so I just have to use a two-handed grip.
