Elegant plate
Love this plate, exactly the portion control plate I want . Beautiful and elegant, size also fit the microwave. it does the work. The only bad thing is too pricy , a plate cost around $30. But if u love it and use it everyday, then worth the price.

Love this plate!
The plate is really good quality and I love how beautiful meals look on it! ;) It helps me to have more awareness of the portions I'm eating and if after eating I still feel hungry... I know I was eating way too much in the past and that the portions on this plate are healthy and enough for me.
