Join Up shown in detail with signs from the horse
Monty goes through his join up process in 30 minutes. He might have taken a longer and more thorough process if he did not have the time constraint. His methods is similar to others I've seen. He explains the signs to look for that the horse is ready to "join up" with you. More knowledge the better when it comes to "break" a horse in a gentle and trusting manner.

A good intro video.
This is a good intro video to Join Up for people just learning about the process and wanting to understand what “Equus” is all about! It’s not very long but it explains a lot! It leaves you wanting. Love it!

But his method had great value.
As a horse person my self, I thought his teaching with the horse was not an actually situation. The horse was work with before the movie. It has a halter on and to get a halter on you would of had to work with the horse to do that. But his method had great value.

Over priced
If you want to learn Monty's Join Up method, this is a good introduction. But in my opinion, this product is way over priced. Especially considering how old it is. This should be a $10 item.

Brilliant!
I have used Monty Roberts methods years ago, but I needed a refresher. It is so easy to do, and my horses responded flawlessly. If you want to learn the horses own language, I suggest this video. :)

It is a blessing for all who would desire the best for their horses. Easy to follow. and thank God for Monty and his desire to share what he has learnt through a lifetime of discovering the language of horses.

Inspiring man at work
I have been a follower of Monty Roberts and his work for many years. MY cassette taps of him ready his Join Up book are fragile and it is a great treat to now be able to watch him at work albeit only a small part of the tapes.In his own words 'Horse Sense for people' summarises the use of his methods right across the board. The world would be a far better place if we all followed him.This DVD is second hand (as advised) and the quality of the images are not the best but I can live with that and would really like to find his reading of the Join up book on CD

Perfect Harmony
The methods shared bring you to understanding a perfect harmony with your horse. Having bought a 6 year old horse for our daughter we knew that the relationship between her and her horse meant the world to her. Within 3 weeks of behaving in a manner from Monty's school of horsemanship our daughter knew she had found her equine soul mate.
