Not totally taken with the juke box appearance but the sound is good, the radio is good and thankfully the volume has a knob instead of one that I have where the volume goes to nil when you put it off which is really annoying.

You get what you pay for.I was looking for a CD player with Bluetooth with a good sound. The sound is okay, not very loud, it goes up to number 32 in volume. It's okay for pottering in the same level of the house but wouldn't be very good for parties or anything.The CD player and Bluetooth both work well, easy to set up the Bluetooth to my phone.No bass really, it's an empty sound if that makes sense, not well rounded.Would be a good present for a child.Edit: Just found the equaliser...doh! The sound is much better in Rock mode for the kind of music I listen too....haha!It's in classic mode when you buy it.

Good sound quality, not 'tinny'. Plays MP3 discs and can be used with USB so does everything I need.

Sound is lovely, I haven't tried usb yet!! But I'm sure it's fine, I'm very pleased with it.👍

It worked for a month and now just jumps when playing cd and sometimes it won't even turn on lol the worst £45 i ever spent i know that's not alot of money but i only wanted it to play a cd no big deal I would send it back but unfortunately I karate kicked it across my room because it was so awful so what I'm saying is don't buy it and obviously some will work properly reading other reviews but some won't! 👎👎🤦‍♂️

So it looks nice but feels cheap, the buttons are very cheap plastic and they dont work, well thats not entirely accurate; the on button works after a few presses, the function button does seem to work ok but its fairly hit and miss. Generally pressing them several times seems to work after a while.It would have been nice in the instructions if it explained opening the CD tray clearer (you have to physically pull it up but there is resistance and I was concerned I was going to break it but thats just how it is).So to sum up, it does work but its not great, the buttons are not very responsive, I am not sure if thats by design or I have a faulty model.

Attractive compact design, light in weight, carry handle seems secure.The sound is decent enough as long as you dont turn up the volume too much, this is listed as a boom box, it's not really, if you want a device to belt out the tunes loudly then this isn't the device for you, the speakers can't really handle a lot of volume withough distortion.However, if you want something to play background music, have some mobile music moderate for the garden, beach etc in a retro looking shell then this is OK. When going mobile you will have to provide your own batteries (just like the old days!).Having a device with a CD player, radio (auto + manual tuning), a USB feature (old format) and also bluetooth (untested) is nice to possess these days, it's simple to use.It looks like a boombox but it's not a boom box compared to the wattage we used to output back in the day that's probably why the wattage of this device isn't listed, as a basic unit though, it's OK.
