These are not as durable as the original Plantronics. They do not maintain form with the result being the microphone riding my cheek instead of the normal clearance and direction. Substantial price difference, but another instance of getting what you pay for.

Gets the job done, but these aren't durable. They turn yellow, get soft and out of shape quickly. Not as quality as the original plantronic ear gels.

These are really poor replacements. They quickly "Curl" in shape, became discolored in under 2 weeks. Definitely will never buy this product from this vendor again. Photo is just two weeks of use.

These are great replacements, but they wear out after a week or two. Not worth it, in my opinion.

These gels work fine but have a usable life span of about a month once put into use. YMMV.
