Excellent product. Great quality, very easy to fit. No leakage. I have positioned it to the right of our sink as close as possible, the spout then hangs just over the sink so any drips fall into the sink. The surplus tube connection sits neatly coiled against the wall so my swivel tap can move as it always has. Has improved the taste of our Cornish soft water hugely - even our two cats are drinking well from their bowls now which I'm so pleased about for the sake of their kidneys ( previously refused water from our tap plus the various water fountains with filters I have tried! ). This was recommended by a vet, didn't know they existed before!

Really decent water filter. For the price i can't complain, a nice solid stainless steel construction, looks nice also. It filters water great, and makes it taste even better. Just be warned, water still comes out after you turn off the tap as its still making its way through the filter. So just turn it off earlier than you'd normally and all is good

Works a treat I had to get another adapter as the adapters provided did not fit my particular tap other than that it was easy to install.

Arrived promptly. Easy to fit and works very well. East to use and very convenient. Much easier than jug water filter. Sure it will safe money in longer term. Water from this filter tastes good.

My wife is very sensitive to the water in the UK. Using this filter helped her to consume more water and she is happy with it.

I previously used a Brita filter at home, but since it took a long time to filter water, I decided to try this Waterdrop dual-stage filter. The installation was straightforward, and I like that it comes with a separate faucet. It’s definitely much faster than the Brita, which is a big plus. However, after about a month of use, I noticed limescale buildup in my kettle — something I never experienced with Brita. This makes me feel the filtering performance isn’t as effective, at least in terms of removing limescale. On the positive side, the price is quite reasonable, so it’s worth trying if speed is more important than absolute filtration performance.

I initially had problems with a leaky connection. I was assisted by Lene at customer services. After we explored options, a replacement was sent and this one is working perfectly. Water comes out quickly. It is difficult to comment on the quality but it seems fine.

Very happy with the product. It was very easy to install and it is easy to operate. The filtration system itself seems to have a good build quality (likely to last a long time), and filtered water tastes great.

Appears ok. Using for almost 2 months for bore water.

The item does not come with the adapters mentioned in the images. It came with an A3 and B2 (B2 is not even in the picture) which does not work with my standard faucet.

Price is slightly high, but performing well
