I can actually do this workout. The instructions are easy to follow. I feel well worked after I'm done.

Good workout
I think this workout is really good, but it isn't all done in a chair. I am using it for a rehab situation so bought it because I thought it was. I have used it twice even so and feel I will get a lot of benefit from it. I do want to add there isn't any floor work in the workout.Now I have used each of the workouts and feel they really are good. I am 77 and in good shape but after a knee surgery was ready for something to move on with and this will be my choice for quite some time.

Love it!
I used to be an athletic vinyasa yoga instructor, but advanced osteoarthritis has made traditional yoga or Pilates uncomfortable for me. This dvd still requires mobility, but the chair is a wonderful prop for people with joint pain and muscle weakness. I use this with Nadia Narain’s Chair Yoga dvd and Essentrics Stretch Vol.1 dvd - very well rounded combo for a menopausal woman with chronic health issues. Highly recommend.
