Fantastic fridge
Was not too sure about the Hisense brand but this fridge has turned out to a great buy. It's almost a replica of a Gorenje model which is also a french door with a bottom freezer. We love the freezer compartments and the large french door on the top section. We haven't used the water dispenser yet but I'm sure it works well.

Defected item received
The item has a big 2 scratches on the side which looks like its either used or fallen down

My wife likes it, I even managed to get a shelf to myself for my drinks.
Great fridge, my wife likes it, I didn't get any grief and she hasn't found something to complain about so far. Worth every dirham. Also, it's large - cools fast - and looks good in our kitchen. And TONS of space!

Don’t buy
We bought this in April 2021 and it just stopped working with no warning. And the company who sold it is not helpful before when it was freezing food and they are not helpful now. It will cost me a lot to fix. Not worth it

4 door Hisense fridge
What I like the most and why I chose this item is the very organised and very thoughtful shelves and drawers which caters to all the needs of a household plus the reasonable cost. Not sure about the long durability and quality of the product as it's my first time I purchase Chinese fridge.

Horrible after sale servixe
The after service is horrible. The fridge stopped refrigerating during the first year (it can happen with any brand).but it has been 3 days i am chasing Better Life to come and check the issue and i am still waiting.

LOVE!
I simply Love this Fridge/Freezer. Ample space and superb layout. One suggestion: the small ice tray is not sufficient. Why not at least an ice tray that turn-dumps into an ice holder? An Ice maker where the water dispenser is would be marvelous
