I use the PHour Salts in powder form and thought having some of these capsules would be a good idea to have at bedside in case I ever had acid stomach and wanted to take it without getting up and mixing the powder formula with water. I thought it would be more convienient.First, the price is outrageous for what you get. Second, there is some weird filler you can see in the capsules that isn't in a the powder form... perhaps to prevent clumping or something, but the large container of pure powder doesn't have that and it never clumps, so I don't know. Thirdly, its not nearly as effective. If I have bad acid stomach and I take a couple of these capsules, I often end up getting up anyway and going to the kitch and mixing up a glass of water with the powder formula anyway to get my issue resolved. So what's the point? I am not sure.

I like the alkaline properties. I don’t like the smell or taste of the product.
