Good quality product but it does not have cap for cleaning used ink. Other than that its working alright.

Working fine, but there is no drain for used toner like original SP200 cartridge.

This cartridge is COMPATIBLE WITH RICHO 200 Series MFD.I tried some other compatible brand but failed to work.This one is working fine.

Received damaged product.
IC chip was dislodged and the print quality was poor(text wasn't readable). The fault was with the IC which i changed with my old cartridge and it started working. Earlier i have returned 3 products supplied by Amazon. Of late(post pandamic) have observed there is absolutely no quality check by Amazon. Every Tom Dick and Harry is supplying and more often than not getting poor/damaged products. They(Amazon) really need to work on this.
