Very Poorly Made
Wasn't expecting a super high quality grinder for this price but WASN'T expecting it would be this poorly made and designed. Ragged voids and holes in the grinder body, screw and screw on ring and EVERY part save for the cutter plate is lopsided, uneven and looks like it was cobbled together and ground into shape by a disinterested 12 year old in a back alley while in a hurry. The screw/auger diameter is very undersized for the inner diameter of the grinder body which means VERY slow, poor grinding because the meat, instead of being pushed through the cutter plate by pressure from the auger, is allowed to slip past the auger because there is so much space between the edge of the auger and the body of the grinder. There are a lot of very rough, irregular grind marks on the edges of the auger where I think someone at the factory hand ground the very lopsided auger until it fit into the grinder body. The 4 bladed cutter knife is extremely rough and unevenly cast and had a bunch of metal spurs so big that I had to grind them off with a belt sander.I had to hand file metal tags out of the crank throat to get the fragile plastic bearing back in place after cleaning it and had to be careful to not cut myself on the threads that hold the cutter plate ring onto the grinder body, they were that sharp and rough, almost serrated.I wouldn't recommend this grinder to anyone. Even half the price would be pretty expensive.

Cheap plastic handle and knife/plate not stainless steel
This meat mincer is very solid and well made, except for the handle that is made of cheap plastic and came broken. I had read a review involving a broken handle. I am almost sure that guy returned it, then then shipped it to me without fixing the handle. Also, it appears that the knife and cutting plate are not stainless steel. You would have to buy them separately.I will keep it because it works good overall. The only other problem is that you are supposed to mount it somewhere, like a heavy wooden cutting board or on your counter, but they don't even provide bolts. If I had known all these facts before, I would have probably bought another model.

Inspect all pieces well before using.
This is a really heavy duty grinder. It works very well and cleans up fairly easily. My only complaint is that after using it we noticed a chip in the blade that we hadn't noticed earlier. Now we are inspecting all the ground pork we made just in case. We didn't grind anything but pork meat and fat and it never seemed to be stuck on anything while grinding. We are hoping that we just overlooked a bit of a defect. I'll add pictures next time I pull it out. The lesson learned is to inspect all pieces well before using it.

Works very well.
I bought this to grind fish for chum. This unit needed to be put on a table and bolted down but it kicked butt on grinding whole menhaden.

A great heavy duty meat grinder
A great heavy duty meat grinder. It just arrived this week. You will need to build a mount of some kind because it does not come with any mounting equipment. I built a small wooden box to which I bolted grinder with wing nuts for quick removal. I can attach box to table top or kitchen counter with ordinary wood clamps. This raised grinder up high enough to slide a large bowl under grinder exit. Grinder exit is not high enough to fit a bowl under it, if mounted directly to tabletop. I ground 5 lbs. of chuck roast for hamburger in about 5 minutes. Comes apart and cleans up easily in the dishwasher. All stainless steel construction; so it's heavy. From reviews of other grinders, I guess major problems are rusting and jamming of cutters. I don't see these a a likely issues with this guy. Quality construction makes this a value buy, even though it's cost is at the high end of price range for manual grinders. I wish it had come with a pestle to aid in forcing meat down in hopper, but that's a small thing.
