Rivet missing... I am unable to use.//update not recieved my refund inspite of returning item
Received a defective piece... One of the two rivet holding the buckle is missing.. otherwise the product quality is as expected.. Please let me know if I can fix this at a timberland store // update on 15th OCT - inspite of returning item months ago this REFUND is not yet given there is no option to follow on the portal either.// UPDATE ON 21 jan 2021 - theY TOOK BACK THE ITEM IN AUGUST AND STILL NOT REFUNDED THE MONEY. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE...THERE IS NO OTHER POINT OF CONTACT.

Quality of product is not good
I’ve only used it a for just a couple of times and the revit of the belt came off.
