Blue Ocean52" Aluminum SPA392B Shower Panel Tower System with Rainfall Shower Head and 8 Adjustable Massage Jets

We replaced an old one that broke. This one is excellent. I researched many but think this one was excellent. The pressure is great. One person reported less but I found there to be more pressure by about a quarter. I can now use the top part to rinse my hair instead of the hand held sprayer. Also, I love the foot option for also cleaning the shower. I can use two options at once but not 3 which is mentioned by other reviewers. My prior old one did allow me to use several of the functions at the same time. This does not...only two at a time which is not a deal killer and I don't miss that other option. My installer already had this installed (basically it hangs) and had to take it down to change the temperature setting from C to F so do that before you hang it. It's not working after he did that so I did not have him take it down (I'm bad). Anyway, this looks awesome and works so well. We added a filter on the rainshower part which is great. It uses less shampoo. By the way, I have long hair and this rinses by hair very effectively.

While I was impressed with the build and price, Once I got it installed with the contractor. We could not get it to work. First the box did not come with instructions. Then I did research here and found on how to install it. Now once we installed (New piping done behind) the water is not coming in. The hot water is working properly but there is no cold water. we tested this with out connecting the unit and both hot and cold are working fine. Not sure if I got a defective unit or not. I don't have a phone number to call as well. Will try to call Amazon tomorrow to see if they can help. Meanwhile if any one can help please post the number. Now I am in a fix, I have done re-piping. Made a mistake of not testing this before doing anything around piping. but how will I do it even if I have to test it? Any case, Will post a update once I /contractor can call the company for install help. Lets seeUpdate#1 4/7I had to remove the whole unit and then replace the cold flex pipe with a new one. Something is not working right for the one that came installed. Now the shower is working fine. One thing I noticed is the rainfall shower handle is little too small, a 4 or 5 in extension would have been helpful or another bend would have worked. Other than that love the jets and the temperature display.Update#2 4/14Well With in a week's time the temperature display stopped working - Changed battery but still not working. It is displaying the temperature at the beginning but after 10 seconds it goes off. I press the button in the front, IT comes on but goes off again. Some time it blinks randomly. I may have to call the support folks. The shower it self is running fine. All the stuff is working still.Update#3 5/19Excellent Customer service, They sent me a new nozzle and I was asked to replace it. It was relatively easy if you know some basic plumbing techniques. Any way the problem reported in #2 is now fixed. Everything is working fine. 5* if not for this one inconvenience I had to go thru. Jets and Rain shower are working fine. I would have loved little more pressure but thats my house problem.Update#4 2/20/2015Close to one year, Still going strong. No issues. Just don't forget to test full functionality before installing it in the wall. also dont forget to change the temperature guage to F. Its quite useful. Wanted to buy one more for my second bath but the price has been increased. Hope they run a sale soon. I would gladly buy one more .

The installation process was also quite cumbersome, and the instructions provided were not very helpful.The rainfall shower head did provide a nice, gentle flow of water, but the 8 multi-functional nozzles were underwhelming. They lacked power and didn't offer the invigorating massage-like experience I was anticipating.Additionally, I noticed some water leakage around the nozzles, which was frustrating. It seemed like the panel wasn't properly sealed, leading to water seeping out in places it shouldn't.Overall, while the Blue Ocean™ 52” Aluminum SPA392B Shower Panel Column Tower with Rainfall Shower Head has a stylish appearance, its performance and build quality left much to be desired. I would recommend considering other options if you're looking for a shower panel with a better overall experience.
