It would be nice if these came with instructions. It is serving the purpose for my husband.

the Velcro was not sturdy enough to stay intact when i had my foot ...
The directions for assembly were confusing and took a lot of time to understand. Once i got it put together, the Velcro was not sturdy enough to stay intact when i had my foot in the loop, it came apart after only the 3rd use. I would not recommend this product to anyone.
