This is a silver coloured Thor Mjolnir Hammer attached to multi-coloured paracord that you can wrap around your wrist as a bangle bracelet. The main design feature is the hammer itself - the Mjölnir hammer is the one used by Thor, the Norse god of thunder. Whilst it's unlikely that you'll be able to summon up a thunderstorm with this bracelet (Thor's version of the hammer would have been a lot bigger and heavier and you wouldn't have been able to wear it on your wrist) it can still give you a feeling of power and importance!
