Bad customer care .. no one is responding
I bought this kadhai in sep 2024. And it's chipping. I have been trying to reach their customer care through mails and whataspp but no one is responding.Customer care number also redirects to whatapp and mails.

4 star product because lid getting hot
Overall the product is a must have in every household. Love the look as well as the sturdiness. Only giving it 4 star because the lid handle gets extremely hot while cooking and that’s only disappointing. If this can be fixed this product is a 5 star product.
