Don’t recommend
I love cathe.com workouts, but I don’t think she should teach yoga or yoga inspired workouts. Her form and sequencing are terrible.

Glad there are two workouts
I can't do the flow one because it's impossible to do the moves and watch at the same time. But the mobility exercise is perfect for me. There's supposed to be a weblink where you can get more instructions, but that no longer exists.

Cathe always delivers
I've been exercising along with Cathe for a couple decades. I'm only seven years older than Cathe, so she keeps me motivated to achieve. It's hard work, but the results are worth it. This Yoga option provides a nice break to build and/or maintain flexibility and mobility.

Great tape!
I love this tape as much as I love all the other ones I have from Cathe! She's easy to follow and I love working out with the girls in the background as well.
