As a first time mom, trying to swaddle with a blanket was an absolute nightmare, my husband and I just couldn't figure it out and baby kept wiggling out of the blanket. We bought several different types of swaddle sacks, but the sleepea is hands down the best swaddle we have tried.I am going to put the review I wish I found when looking for a swaddle:1. Material: Very light weight and soft. We live in Florida and baby boy was born right in the middle of summer, so we were also worried about him being too hot, but the mesh venting helps keep him cool and makes us feel so at ease. We have not had any skin irritation issues with this swaddle at all.2. Velcro: the Velcro portion that swaddles the baby is amazing and such a genius concept. It makes it ease to get baby in the swaddle snug and at a comfort level that they like. The Velcro is also very quiet compared to other types of Velcro. It does still make noise, so don't be fold thinking it's noiseless.3. Fit: The other swaddle sacks have so much fabric and bunched up near his face, which made me so nervous. The Sleepea is designed so well that it does not bunch up near the babies face and fits them very well. I noticed on other swaddles the zippers hit under their chin or rub against their neck, but there is a little zipper garage (lol not sure what it called) that covers the zipper, so it doesn't touch their face.4. Usability: It really lives up to the name "5-second swaddle", it is that quick and east to get your baby into the swaddle. Our baby does occasionally get his arm out of the swaddle (he is a little Houdini), but the design keeps his hand in the sack still, but we do at times find his fingers poking out of the top (he is 3 months old, so he wants his fingers in his mouth constantly). But, it's not that much of an issue, and it doesn't seem to bother him. I also love that we can continue using the swaddle with his arms out when he starts rolling as there are little plastic buttons on the sides, so you can put their arms through.Overall, our baby boy absolutely loves it. We made the mistake of only buying 1 in the beginning and ended up buying 3 newborn sizes and 3 of the next size up.Our baby is now 3 months and uses this swaddle for every nap and at night. He loves it so much that when he is swaddled, he instantly calms down and falls asleep in a matter of minutes.If you are a first time parent (or even if you aren't) I cannot recommend this swaddle enough.

We have tried so many swaddles and some have worked great and some end in a temper tantrum from our little one!This one I just ordered the next size up because it is by far our babies favorite. It is tight enough that she is secure and doesn’t startle but also looser than some other swaddles in that in still gives her the ability to some her arms up and down a little bit which she loves, like an unrestrictive big hug!Not to mention it is so so easy to put on. Our baby is 7.5 weeks old and this may just be coincidence but we used to only use this for nap time and the first night we used it at night she slept 7.5 hrs straight… again might be coincidence but as a mama coincidence or not, if I get 7.5 hrs of sleep I will repeat the exact steps every night in hopes it continues!The only downfall is I wish they made some warmer styles as this one is pretty thin and wouldn’t be great on cold winter nights. But other than that I don’t have a bad thing to say about it!

THE. BEST. SWADDLE. EVER.Baby size reference: 9lbs 6oz, 22 inches long. He is a "skinny" 9lbs, not very chunky. He still has room to grow in this swaddle but its not very loose on him. Still has room to stretch out legs and grow.I have tried several different swaddles and would end up with the same issues. Too hard to get on after it stretches out and won't stay on, comes up over face, velcro wears out after a couple uses etc.NOT THIS SWADDLE! It is so EASY to get on and off baby. Literally 5 seconds to use. I wanted a swaddle that was easy for my husband to use to and he did our night feedings last night with no problems! The inside material for the strap on his arms is stretchy but doesn't become stretched out. I also love the diaper flap to keep the arm straps and swaddle from riding up to the baby's face. That has taken a load of stress and worry off of me at night.I like the breathable mesh areas to help keep baby cool. We had to keep our baby naked in other swaddles because of where we live and how hot it gets. We could never get the temperature right for him.Now with this swaddle and the mesh, we dress him in a full body onsie and put him in the swaddle. And he is comfortable in a room with the AC set at 68 to 70 degrees. This is also without humidity.Only thing that has been a little difficult is diaper changes. But I believe that's more due to the onsie I use than the actual swaddle. It can be hard to get the diaper in place, but not impossible. For poopy diapers I would suggest just unswaddling to change and not unzipping the bottom. My husband did this last night and had no issues reswaddling our fussy, arms everywhere son.

Love that the swaddle is on the inside and the zipper on the outside. Great option to have arms in or out. Everything about it is good quality. Runs slightly small.

Bought the medium, and only could use up to 2 months, maybe my baby is big for age 14lbs, but a little tight. I do like the soft Velcro, it doesn’t wake baby for diaper changes, unlike other swaddles that are so loud and will wake the baby. I like the option of being able to swaddle arms in or swaddle with arms out.

My baby is such a heater. Normal swaddles make her super hot and sweaty. This thing is amazing! So easy to use, she doesn’t escape and it was so easy to transition out of! The snaps for the arms are so nice and easy to snap too.

I have twin girls, and they are about 9 and 10 pounds at 8 weeks old(5 adjusted) and I ordered a small(just one because I wasn’t sure if they would like it), and it is too small for my biggest girl. The size small is for up to 12 pounds and my bigger girl is not real chunky. She’s pretty average build. The Velcro wrap fits fine around her abdomen but there’s no room for her arms in it so I just left them out but kept them in the sack. When zipped up the sack is so tight around her upper body and she looks uncomfortable. I have already washed this and wish I could exchange it for a bigger size. I want to give it 5 stars because I love all the features of this sleep sack, but the sizing keeps me from honoring that.

I used this swaddle for my son for almost 6 months. First i bought 2 small and 2 large. He absolutely loved it. He slept very well in it. If i must say something the velcro is so aloud it makes baby wake. Other thing is baby's knees was always cold. I understand mesh parts prevent overheat but i dont want my baby's knees that cold. All of his body was warm except the knees. Other than those it is a really easy and little expensive swaddle.

Ho utilizzato questo articolo per i primi 2/3 mesi del mio bimbo, prima dormiva solo in braccio ma avvolgendolo con questo sacco potevo metterlo nel suo lettino e lui continuava a dormire senza problemi. Consigliato se il vostro bimbo ama essere fasciato e avvolto.

We had previously been using the HALO swaddle and our little guy kept breaking out of it but still has a strong startle reflex. I have to say, I wish that I had found this swaddle earlier. It's fast and incredibly snug. I do not find that my baby is cold at all. I would say the size guide runs a little small. Our guy is roughly 12 pounds and fits the large best. Overall, we're extremely happy and recommend this to everyone!

Le mie fasciature, quelle con la coperta per intenderci, tendono a slegarsi. Siccome la fasciatura permette a mia figlia di dormire più a lungo e soprattutto di calmarsi in brevissimo tempo, ho cercato un'alternativa. Questo é in pratica un sacco nanna con all'interno tre lembi per legare la bimba o il bimbo. Quando non ci sarà più l'esigienza di bloccargli le braccia lungo il corpo (scopo dei due lembi superiori), ci sono dei bottoni per farle uscire e quindi diventerà un normale sacco nanna. Per questo motivo, e per i buoni materiali/finiture del babywrap, il rapporto qualità prezzo é soddisfacente. 4 stelle perché il braccio destro della bimba si libera facilmente, come già rilevato da un altro utente, e perché la parte dove aderisce il velcro si spelacchia in men che non si dica. Nonostante sia leggero (il cotone é molto morbido), la bimba sta calda per via della fasciatura e la devo lasciare a maniche corte. Non so se sia dunque utilizzabile tutto l'anno. Volendo si può cambiare il pupo senza toglierlo dal sacco e addirittura senza slegargli le braccia perché ha la cerniera che si apre anche da sotto e la parte a mutandina che si affranca ai due lembi chiusi si può facilmente aprire.
