Great service and a great set of books.

This book is prominently entitled ABACUS WORKBOOK ........ seeming (fairly obviously!) to be a Workbook on learning to operate an ABACUS device (which I was buying, as a present for a young friend).On delivery, the prominent labelling ABACUS is incomprehensible (and misleading!) ..... in that it turns out to be a book for teaching/learning simple arithmetic - WITHOUT THE USE OF AN ABACUS!I am sure others will be similarly mislead ........ and so publisher/seller should make clear, in marketing, that this book (and series of books) has nothing to do with the abacus device!

How does Amazon pack a book and get the front page stuck to the cardboard envelope so that when you unpack it starts to rip the page. I’m not one to moan and normally would be pleased that it came on time. But im a teacher and really wanted to use this book to support one of my pupils in September. The amount of money you pay for prime delivery I would have thought they would care more when packing. Different note the book is brilliant. Follows the abacus scheme of work. K

Recommended by a friend, helps my child with mathematics. Good workbook
