This is a good quality cable, the clip is standard jumper cable material of heavy plastic for insulation with metal jaws.

Hi, I don't know the answer since I don't know the polarity of your charger. The thing to do is get a cheep multimeter, plug the alligator adapter in, and test the polarity at the clips using the multimeter. If the red clip is positive, you're OK. Otherwise you need a reverser.
