No issues. Seems to be well made and have had no issues.

The umbrella is advertised as 6.6'x10', but the packaging says it's actually 6.6'x9.8'. So if you're looking for a specific size, buyer beware that the size is falsely advertised.

I ordered a beautiful 10' outdoor umbrella from Le Conte. When I ordered it I assumed it was water resistant because it was for the outdoors, but I was wrong. When I contacted the customer service via text I received a quick response with the unfortunate news that they do not offer water resistant umbrellas at this time. The customer service agent kindly apologized and offered to refund my purchase. I was incredibly impressed with the swiftness in the company's response and very much appreciated resolution to my issue. I will definitely recommend this company for future purchases. (I would recommend they add to the description the fact the umbrella is not water resistant in order to avoid this mishap again.). THANK YOU!

I purchased this umbrella back in April. When it arrived, I opened one end to check that the color was correct. I ordered early for the upcoming summer season because last year I had waited too long and the color I wanted was out of stock. I live in an area with extreme tree pollen that arrives the beginning of May and does not disappear until the end of June. For that reason, I never actually set up the umbrella until July 1, right in time for the 4th of July weekend. I love the color and the olefin fabric. What I don't like is the fact that the pockets that the umbrella spokes fit into are only about three inches long. It is very time consuming and nearly impossible to open the umbrella because the spokes will not stay in their respective pockets. I have to keep replacing each one as I slowly open the umbrella, then when the umbrella is closed, the fabric pockets separate from the spokes and end up slumped on my patio table.I really love the rectangular shape as it's perfect for my rectangular table! The color is perfect! The quality of the fabric is perfect. What is not perfect are the skimpy spoke pockets. A few inches longer would definitely have made the difference between a 2 Star rating and a 5 Star rating!!!! We like this rectangular umbrella over our rectangular patio table. Like the lightweight fabric that offers UV protection. Like the beige color of both pole and umbrella. It’s a nearly perfect match to our patio table and chairs.Assembly was not too difficult. Required two ppl to assemble and lift into place, but probably could be done by one tall strong person.Crank handle position is easy to reach and easy to operate. However, inserting/removing the securing pin at top is too high for me (5’2”)to reach without a step stool. My husband (5’10”) can reach it but not easily.Also not easy to operate tilt but we don’t intend to use that feature.We inserted the umbrella pole through the hole in the table but that did not provide enough support. The pole kept leaning and the umbrella would spin.A few weeks later, we purchased the Le Conte water-fillable base. It’s dark brown instead of beige of pole but that seemed to be our best option. Set up the base this morning and it solved the leaning pole problem. However, umbrella spins with a slight breeze. Not a constantly rotating spin, but just a spin to different orientation. That is annoying since we have the rectangular umbrella and rectangular table. Would be no problem for a round umbrella.Overall we are happy with purchase and that we can enjoy sitting on patio under the umbrella.

Bought last June but didn't use until yesterday, a year later, too long to return. Set up was easy, it looked nice yesterday on its first day but today, only the second day it's been used, in a 10 mph breeze(not that much) it blew over despite being screwed into a very heavy base which has held 5 previous umbrellas without a problem. The pole snapped and broke at the tilt spot and it hit me in the head. Now I see in other reviews the same thing has happened to other people as well. I guess I'm lucky it didn't kill me but I still wish I could get back the $$ I spent on this because it wasn't worth it for one day.DO NOT BUY This if you live in a breezy area. My only regret is not using it last summer soon enough to get money back.UPDATE: Contacted customer service, despite the purchase being a year ago and much to my shock they offered a replacement or refund. Since I don't think this umbrella will work in my breezy location, I chose refund and received it immediately. Their service made me add stars to my review and was exceptionally swift and easy. Nowadays, in an online shopping situation, that's worth a lot. So, 2 stars for durability in wind, 4 stars for exceptional customer service. I am much more comfortable trying a product that I know I can return if I have any problem at all. These days, especially with online purchasing, that's worth a lot.
