I deal with cystic acne around my chin and jawline, it's not horrendous but I have a terrible habbit of picking at it and making a mess of my face, leaving dry marks and bloody scabs that takes ages to heal and leaving red marks... I've used prescribed acne steroid stuff for months now which helps with the initial spot/acne, but haven't found anything that soothes it and the damage I make.
