Please take 30 minutes before the meal . Do not take on empty stomach and maximum take is 4 for day . Please also take a lot of water during the day to avoid constipation . I have just started to take the product . I do not see much weight loss yet . However , it helps not to snack and overeat . I will buy it again to develop healthy eating habits .
