They're from your ankle to like half your leg after the knee. If you want my honest opinion, this didn't work for me because it doesn't hold up and it didn't help me at all, there's no compression on your legs at all.

Hi my ankle measure about a 9 and my thigh is a 14..what would be a good size to go with ?

Smart Purchase

I recently had the new Misha implant installed on my knee. These sleeves came at a great price point so I gave them a try. They are tight enough for me without causing the circulation to be cut off. These have made a night and day difference in my recovery. We have a shedding Mali and we are constantly fighting dog hair. Having 4 sleeves help with wash rotation. I gave these 4 stars because we seen quite a bit of unraveling after the wash, so they probably won't last but a few months. But I still feel they're a smart purchase.

They are too loose on me and I have thin legs. Not really helpful. If you have heavier legs maybe they will work.
