All healed
My miniature poodle had a skin problem but was not sick so I decided to try this before I went to the vet. I put it on for 10 days. It worked great. The skin problem is healed. I had used the brand before, but not this product. Seems like this brand is good.

Good product but make sure you get he right one
Product packaging is misleading. They have two products one with cortisone and the other without in very very similar tubes. I NEEDED the one with cortisone. I inadvertently purchase the wrong one and used it before I noticed. Please consider repackaging the product to prevent this from happening to someone else.

Works well, with consistent care and use no more irritation on folds
I purchased this cream in y nd have been using it on my dog near her eye/nose folds. She tends to tear a lot and her folds get puffy and irritated, I started using this in May about twice a week. I first clean the area with eye wipe pads, they I dry the area with clean cloth, then I apply a small amount to a clean cotton swab and put in between folds. Since I have been using this consistently we have not had any puffy or irritated folds.

Zymox YES!! Prednisone NOOOOOOOOOO!!!
Vast improvement after just one use. I've been using Zymox with Hydrocortisone and that has worked pretty well but I thought I'd give this a try without the Hydro. to see what it would do, if anything. I applied about a 1/2 line to his semi wet paws and up the legs last night. He's Jack/Corgi mix. The dampness of his feet will spread it more evenly and a thinner coating. I put on a cone until it dried and typically he would start licking as soon as I take it off but not this time. He put his head down and went to sleep. It worked that quickly. I then did the same this morning and has had no problem of him licking. He has grass allergies all summer until the first snow leaving his paws and about 3in. up his leg almost bald. If you've tried this and doesn't work then try the Zymox with Hydroc. or vice versa. Each animal is different. It's a great product with and without the Hydrocortisone but it all depends on what your dog has that needs treating. Like many others, huge vet bills to include prednisone and Benedryl for 8 months and he swelled to an extra 7 pounds and was suffering so much he was literally just existing. Vets need to pay the bills by prescribing meds but that doesn't mean they'll work. The vet wanted to do allergy shots but there was no guarantee that would work and with a cost of over $300, I knew there had to be something else out there. When I told the Vet about the Zymox all he said was, Oh, that's good, glad it worked for you. Not as all surprised or puzzled which made me think he knew the Zymox would have worked but didn't want to use. Disappointed about my Vet but grateful I found the Zymox after my sister mentioned using Hydrocortisone...she went through the same thing in Florida with her pup. It's really good stuff and almost 100% sure it'll work for you. Shipping was quick and packaged well. Will order and recommend the product to everyone!!
