Good back support but found my pillows slid down I only bought it as had a operation on my shoulder it did support it OK but could off been a bit higher to support the shoulder area as was not wide enough. But OK for the money

Ordered this for sitting in bed watching TV and I also suffer reflux. OK for watching TV with pillows on but I couldn't sleep on it as it is too hard with pillows I could not find a comfortable position. If you want it to prop you up to read or watch TV it is ideal.
