It definitely helps my 3 year old calm down!
This stuff WORKS! How do I know?! I tried it myself before I put it on my 3 year old. I applied a few rolls to my inner wrists one afternoon while he was asleep. I kid you not, within 5-10 mins (maybe less) I felt a warm wave of “ahhhhh” come over me. Not enough to make me pass out, but it was almost like taking an anti-anxiety med! He’s autistic and has a heck of a time falling asleep at night, and is dealing with big meltdowns lately . He’s transitioning out of nap, but occasionally he wakes up really early and has a rough day. I’ll have him lay down and put a roll on each foot in the afternoon. He takes the best nap ever! Doesn’t always work like that for bed time, though. He gets wired-tired and it seems to calm him down but doesn’t put him to sleep. Sometimes works, sometimes doesn’t. That’s using a few rolls on each foot, and covering with socks.I’ll keep this on hand for stressful situations too. He doesn’t do well at the doctor so i might use it before an appt to keep him mellow. He actually LOVES it and says it makes him “happy.”If you have a hyperactive little one with anxiety, sleep issues, sensory meltdowns, or other spectrum-related issues, try it! Ask your pediatrician first, of course. Ours said it didn’t hurt to try. Sometimes magnesium can cause liquidy stools, but we haven’t noticed that. It doesn’t irritate his skin, and he doesn’t say it itches. I applied a LOT one night and it burned my inner wrists slightly as it dried. There’s not really any scent to this, albeit a slightly natural one. It’s heavily based in oil, so be careful using it on feet!! Very slippery.Hope this helps! 💙

Have purchased more than once
I love this stuff. Have been using it on and off for about 8 years! I use it myself and have used it for my daughter since she was a toddler. It is drippy when the bottle is full, so just store it in an upright position and don’t tilt until you’re ready to apply. When I apply it I feel a calming spread in less than a minute. My daughter severely struggled with falling and staying asleep when she was an infant and toddler. This was very helpful. She still occasionally uses it 8 years later when she’s had a stressful day. Keep in mind, it’s not a hardcore sleep drug. Good sleep hygiene like no screens or excitement before bed are still important (and no caffeine of course), it’s probably not strong enough to fight those.

good for bedtime routine
I bought this to use at bedtime on my 6 year old sons feet who has a hard time falling asleep. He did like the routine of doing it and of course all the other kids wanted to do it as well. I did not notice that he calmed down or went to sleep any faster when we used this. I also tried it a few time between the shoulder blades which I would not recommend because it stings a little when used there. I would recommend sticking with the soles of the feet where it does not sing. It is a bit oily so make sure to rub it in.

Works well, but the salts are hard on sensitive skin
This stuff does work, but my 6 year old son complains when I put it on, because of the high salt content which creates a burning sensation on his sensitive skin. There is no rash or redness, it's just a sensation he experiences. I have found that he tolerates it well on the bottom of his feet, but anywhere else he will complain. I do use it on his muscles if he complains of muscle aches, which he does occasionally experience. And it does work for this purpose. But the muscle ache has to be intense enough to justify the burning from the salt. The complaints about the burning sensations last about 5 to 10 minutes and then he isn't bothered any longer. I was hoping to use this as a way to provide a daily dose of magnesium, but the feet aren't always accessible without having to take shoes and socks off. So it's really only being used for muscle aches and not as a supplement. I instead have bought magnesium chloride bath salts to add to his bath water, which ensures the salts are much more diluted and don't bother his skin. He likes to sit and play in the bath for a good long while which allows enough time to absorb the magnesium.

THIS WORKS 🙏🏼💯❤️
The media could not be loaded. Grab this. If you have a difficult child or one that throws temper tantrum’s or maybe nervous before school or anything like that this is a good product. I love it. I keep it at my kids bedside.before they wake up, I roll it on the bottom of their feet, and I roll it on their legs. I roll it underneath their arms, just one big swipe along the body (this not medical advice).I do notice a big difference in their morning routine and their morning in general after I put this on them before they wake up, they’re a lot happier they are more cooperative and there’s no tantrums. You can also use this before bedtime if you have a little one that doesn’t want to go to bed. I am very much against melatonin and taking pills at a young age. you’re teaching your kid that a pill will fix their “problem”. also, just a little FYI children have tantrums and show their feelings a different way then an adult does. because that’s all they know 🤷🏼♀️ so you have to put yourself in their situation and that’s also going to make it easier on you as a parent.I see all these parents getting upset about their kids throwing tantrums and they spank them and try to make them stop. Let them throw their tantrum let them express their feelings and talk about it later. It’s OK to walk away, as long as they’re not getting hurt (again I am not child psychologist. This is just advice. I am not telling you to do this. This is a suggestion, since I started doing this, it’s made my life 100 times easier). Also, whenever they are throwing a tantrum or getting upset about some thing and they’re not calming down, I will use this and I will put it on their scalp, back wherever I can get it so it absorbs into their skin. That’s where I put it, because as long as it gets on their skin, it’s going to absorb and it will help! I like this product because it’s ❤️magnesium and aloe. …Those are the ingredients. It doesn’t have a bunch of junk in it 😊🙏🏼 God bless and please stay patient with your little one’s , having children is a growing process for everyone involved ❤️❤️
