Chef'n SweetSpot Mini Ice Cream Sandwich Maker (Fudge/Coconut), Standard, Small

I bought these a couple of mints ago and haven’t taken time to make the included cookie recipe for ice cream sandwiches. Sure wish I could purchase a size of cookies to fit.

I bought this because I thought a bite-sized ice cream sandwich would be nice to have.I made it as asked and it does work. But I find it a bit messy. To be able to fill the mold I found the ice cream needs to be a bit soft. Which then melts on the bottom wafers.So I modified it. I now just make the wafers And keep them in the freezer in a Ziploc. Then I used a cookie dough scoop to scoop the ice cream and put it between two wafers. Works great this way.The wafer recipe that comes with it makes a dark chocolate wafer. Going to try different ones until I find a milder recipe. But this really works great. Just a bit messy.

Great concept. Allowed my celiac husband to have ice cream sandwiches again, as I made the dough with GF flour. I wish I had bought the rectangle version as the circle version had a lot more crevices for the dough to deep into. However the result was worth the effort. Not easy for young kids to do on their own.

I used this to make ice cream sandwiches! I love it... the perfect size! My grandkids had fun helping make them!

We used this for our superbowl party. The sandwiches came out great, and the directions were clear. It is a little challenging to clean, however.
