Was looking the get a prociutto, usually I get italian one, but at this moment is not that easy to get any of this, so I chosed this one and was a really nice surprice, good amount of fat, not very salty, so definetely a good product, will definetely get again

I have never tried this ham before and was a little hesitant about buying one. I did not need to have worried about buying from this supplier. The ham was excellent absolutely delicious. Would certainly recommend.

This is a genuinely great product, a Serrano Paleta Spanish ham with great flavour. Easy to carve as it is boneless. Ideal to serve as tapas, or to add to a dish (tortilla, salad, etc.). Good value for money, I recommend.

It's a great product, coming just like the image above. I have been eating it for three weeks. Taste great and nothing you can ask for more with this price. Thank you.

Er schmeckt hervorragend. Ich war erst skeptisch, hatte Kontakt zum Verkäufer und bin vollends von dem Produkt überzeugt. Ich kann es weiterempfehlen. Herzlichen Dank.

Très bon jambon mais un peu gras, un gras qui fond dans la bouche, il y en a un peu trop que j'ai éliminé avant la découpe. Je ne sais pas si ça se fait mais un bon régime pour les cochons avant l’abattage ce serait une idée. Pour ma part ça me convient la viande est très bonne. Je la dis au dessus d'un seranno ou d'un jambon français classique pour le fondant du gras qui me fait penser que le jambon est raffiné plus longtemps, je n'ai pas goutté un patta negra je n'ai pas les moyens.

Il prosciutto è molto salato e non è assolutamente ciò che ci si aspetta quando lo si acquista. Il sapore del prosciutto spagnolo è particolare questo è salato come un prosciutto qualsiasi di scarsa qualità, inoltre per quasi metà e grasso.

Nous avons achetés trois blocs de jambon sous vide de cette marque et nous étions satisfaits. Cette fois-ci nous tentons l'épaule, plus économique.Une épaule bien préparée aura une saveur qui n'aura rien à envier au jambon et c'est ici le cas, car c'est très bon.La saveur est là, le produit est tout à fait conforme. Pas trop salée, texture très agréable. Pas trop de gras et de déchet à la découpe.Là où le produit est un peu problématique, c'est qu'au désossage, on va se retrouver avec plusieurs blocs qui vont être "collés" ensemble.Quand le produit est fraîchement déballé, la découpe est aisée.Quand il commence à sécher (même bien emballé dans un torchon), cela va demander de la dextérité pour faire des découpes présentables parce que les différents blocs vont se séparer. Un coup de main, qui n'est pas forcément le même lorsque l'on découpe "sur pied". Attention à ne pas se blesser.Produit recommandé dans l'ensemble mais n'hésitez pas à l'acheter prétranché si vous avez des doutes sur votre couteau ;)---Edit : commandé plusieurs fois depuis, toujours satisfait, merci !
