Not what I expected
I want to start by saying I bought this product because I am alergric to dairy. it makes me break out in a painful rash. So I’m always looking for any replacement.I hate to say this but it doesn’t remotely taste like parmigiana cheese. That being said I did use it. It doesn’t taste bad it just doesn’t taste like the cheese it said it replaces.Sorry I’ll keep looking.

Yuck!
I’m dairy intolerant and was trying nondairy products because I miss cheese. This taste awful.

Calling this Parmesan is quite a stretch
It took months to arrive. Consistency and taste like salt. Tossed in the bin. Taste is a subjective thing but I wouldn't buy or use this product again after tying it once.
