We like to have lots of these handy just to save money plus have Gatorade mix that doesn't take up lots of weight. Packing quarts of Gatorade adds up to lots of pounds. These weight nearly nothing. Glad they sell this stuff! Money saver, and suitcase slimmer.

Gatorade packets are the best to use when your body is thirsty but you are not. Throw a few packets in your purse. If you are like me, you already have a reusable water bottle. Fill up the water. add the powder. Shake (with the lid on, I learned that in an embarrassing situation involving my pretty white blouse to work)This grape flavor is especially rich in sweetness but yes, it is sugar-free.This item is of great value. Especially with Prime Fresh. It's the normal price. I buy it often. I will stock up with the next sale.

Liked the taste with no sugar

I was pleasantly surprised by the grape flavor in this powder. It’s not medicinal and definitely packs a punch compared to other mildly flavored electrolytes like Nuun. The packaging is very convenient for traveling or carrying with you whether you’re an athlete or have a medical condition that required having some on hand. It’s also pretty cheap compared to other electrolytes based on the amount of sodium you get.All that said, the sugar free elements in this beverage may cause digestive distress. I need to drink 2-3 servings of electrolytes per day, but I can not recommend having that much of this Gatorade. It will cause stomach cramping and diarrhea-like symptoms. I have no problem with it though if I have it once a day or less often.
