Ordered two hat racks - one three tier and one four tier. One rack was missing the hardware upon arrival. I called customer service and had the hardware to me in just a few days! Well built, sturdy, attractive and American made (near where I grew up in Missouri). Perfect for wide brimmed hats. It's a nice addition to the house.

4 cowboy hats and a handful of ball caps all on the wall. This thing will cause that hole in your wife’s face to fall silent when it comes to the constant complaint about your hats taking up good real estate that your wife could be laying HER junk on lol. Super easy to assemble and install, even for her little hands. Jk I installed it myself.

Fast simple easy assembly. No instructions required. I love my rack so much. I hang multiple hats on it. Cowboy hats and ball caps. Very versatile. I also hang my hat brush on it. Very functional. Well worth the money. It will last forever and mounts anywhere. I actually have two other 3 tier hat racks.
