This is one of my all-time favorite nail polishes ever. I love the color, it’s such a rich, deep red. Might become my signature go-to polish! I feel good about buying from this brand because they are a socially conscious company and this nail polish is vegan and cruelty free also! And also doesn’t contain toxic chemicals. An all-around winner in my book.

I tried to test the water permeability in different ways as I needed to confirm that I can use that while I pray and don’t need to remove nail polish before Wudu. I tried the tests with one coat only. While I used it on paper towel, in every case water just sits at the top. None of the test passed. Only the alka seltzer test passed and bubbles started to form instantly. So I guess it is water permeable as they claim. Also, they contacted me seeing my previous review and clarified my confusion regarding the water permeability test which I appreciate. According to them, there might be starch on the paper towel that I was using that prohibits water from passing which do not make complete sense to me but there can be scientific explanations. I used kitchen towel, bath towel, cupcake liners. Wanted to use coffee filter paper but I didn’t have any. The nail polish does leave a yellow stain after removing from the nail. I bought the shade deeper love. Liked the color. Looks good on my nail.

This is very misleading, it’s no way near water permeable i don’t know how the company is advertising this as halal. First there is such a strong smell of alcohol in it that it doesn’t go away. It has a thick consistency like a regular nail polish that theres no way it’s water permeable or breathable. Please stop putting halal label on it. I can’t even use this polish for any purposes due to strong smell of alcohol which doesn’t go away.

I’m not sure if it truly lets the water pass through because I have not cared to test it but it lasts more than what I was expecting knowing I make wudhu daily. I thought it would last about 2 days max and was ok with that but it can stay on almost a week without major retouching

The color love bug isn’t a true red, which I hadn’t realized when I ordered. It’s more of an orange red which isn’t visible in the photos above. There’s another photo that’s beneath the info about it that I’ve seen now while scrolling down to review. That photo is a more accurate representation. I don’t know if it’s just the product from this seller on Amazon or the entire brand itself, but the process of putting the nail polish on has to be done very quickly. I’m used to working with gel polish and although I’m quick I found myself having to be messy with this product if I wanted my nails to be painted completely. Applying a second coat caused streaks, so I took it off and quickly did a messy single coat and just cleaned up after with nail p remover. I have other colors I’ve ordered from this store, so I’m hoping that it’s just this one that was a little weird. On the bright side it does dry relatively faster than other polishes, which is great when u have things to do, but might be part of the application problem. The product starts to chip after about 3 days, which I actually found impressive for a water permeable brand. It’s really not a bad product, but I don’t think it’s worth $15 a bottle. You can get dip powder kits and long lasting gel polishes for cheaper that are of greater quality, but unfortunately this is the only halal polish brand I’ve seen that is actually halal, so I have to stick with it.

The color is exactly like the picture. It dries fast and applies very smoothly. I bought it because I was convinced that it is the only water permeable nail polish. I highly recommend

Writing a review again after using it for a few weeks. Firstly, it chips very easily, if I'm doing the dishes or I wash my hands too often then it will peel off faster. Leaves like a weird orange tint on my nails afterwards too. The colour is nice and easy to apply. But I do find myself re applying multiple times a week

I bought Zayn'girl color and I really loved it, but this one is way too watery and applying it is really messy ....
